How can I enable the entry pass status for yogis?

With Momoyoga, it's now possible to enable an entry pass status for your yogis. 🎉

While we have named it Entry pass status for simplicity's sake... this could be used to identify if a yogi has completed a new student form, health waiver, acknowledgement of general terms and conditions, or even a free "new student" gift. The possibilities are endless! ✨

To enable this feature for your studio:

1. Click Settings
2. Click Schedule
3. Check the box Enable entry pass status
4. Adjust the Entry pass validity period to the appropriate number of months.
5. Click Submit

To update the entry pass status of a yogi:

1. Go to the yogi profile
2. Click Update next to Entry pass status
3. Check the box Entry pass verified
4. Click Save

A checkmark will be visible next to the yogi's name on the yogis and attendance list if the entry pass has been verified.

⏳ A note about the validity period: This length of time can be adjusted by the studio admin depending on how they will use this feature. The validity period begins as soon as the entry pass status is updated and will need to be re-verified after this period.

To re-verify the entry pass status of a yogi:

1. Go to the yogi profile
2. Click Update next to Entry pass status
3. Uncheck the box Entry pass verified
4. Click Save
5. Click Update next to Entry pass status
6. Check the box Entry pass verified
7. Click Save

The entry pass status will be re-verified for the specified number of months and again a checkmark will be visible on the yogis and attendance list.
