With our enhanced online payment feature, studios now will be able to offer a full or partial refund to their yogis.
To offer a refund:
- Login to Momoyoga
- Go to Orders
- Click the product you would like to refund
- Click on the payment you would like to refund
- Click Refund
- Type in the amount you would like to refund and the reason
- Click Confirm
You have now refunded your yogi! 🎉 This will new status will be shown on your Orders and Payments list.
