With our enhanced online payment feature, studios now will be able to offer a full or partial refund to their yogis*.
*The refund option is currently only available for studios within Europe and countries which use Euros as currency. Soon, the refund option will be available in countries outside of Europe as well.
To offer a refund:
- Login to Momoyoga
- Go to More
- Click Orders and Payments
- Click the product you would like to refund
- Click on the payment you would like to refund
- Click Refund
- Type in the amount you would like to refund and the reason
- Click Confirm
You have now refunded your yogi! 🎉 This will new status will be shown on your Orders and Payments list.
