Can I edit invoices?

For every class pass or membership being bought, Momoyoga creates an invoice. Yogis can download the invoices from their account.

Edit invoice numbers

We assign a new invoice number to every invoice in the system. Simply put, this the last invoice number +1.

You are able to edit the invoice numbers in Momoyoga.

1. Go to More
2. Click Orders and payments and select the respective order
3. Click on the order you want to edit
4. Click Edit order
5. Edit the Invoice number field
6. Click Submit

You have now edited the invoice number.

Edit invoice text

You can add your own text to your invoices. This text will be shown at the bottom of every invoice. To add a text to your invoices:

1. Go to More
2. Click Edit studio details
3. Add text to Invoice text
4. Click Submit

The new text is now displayed at the bottom of every invoice in Momoyoga.

Invoices of non-Momoyoga products

If you sell any other products in your studio in addition to Momoyoga class passes and memberships (such as mats, bolsters, etc.), you will have to create invoices manually for this. 

In this case, we advise you to create your own invoice numbering system instead of using the Momoyoga numbering system. For example in Excel. Here you can then paste the orders from Momoyoga.

You can find the overview of orders if you head to Orders and payments in your Momoyoga account. You can then click on Export to Excel.

For example, you can ignore the invoice numbers in Momoyoga by creating your own invoice numbers. Another option is to create a second series of invoice numbers.
