You can let your yogis pay for classes in various ways. For example, with a class pass or a subscription.
With Momoyoga, you can configure a recurring subscription. This is a subscription that a yogi purchases indefinitely.
Within Momoyoga, a recurring subscription is always a monthly recurring subscription. This means that the system creates a monthly iteration every month of the recurring subscription. When a month has passed, Momoyoga creates a new iteration automatically and sets outs the subscription for the yogi to use.
Only if a recurring subscription is canceled by an admin or teacher, the recurring subscription will actually stop being recurring.
It's not yet possible to edit the iteration or validity of a recurring subscription. Currently, Momoyoga sets up a new iteration every month and the subscription continues indefinitely more or less.
If you have different types of recurring subscriptions other than monthly then it's currently not possible to set up your recurring subscriptions with Momoyoga. In this case, it's best to add a regular subscription. You can read more about adding a subscription here.
A recurring subscription needs to be paid on a monthly basis. You can do this through auto or direct debit payments.
Furthermore, there are 4 options that you can configure with a recurring subscription:
- Yogis can purchase this subscription online: you select this option when you want to make the subscription available through the schedule.
- Auto or direct debit payments: this option becomes available when you activate auto or direct debit payments (SEPA direct) with your payment provider (for example, Stripe). You can read more about setting up auto or direct debit payments here.
- Send a reminder to the yogi: select this option to send a reminder email to the yogi about a new (monthly) subscription period.
- Send a reminder to the studio: select this option to receive a reminder email with every monthly renewal.
