Do I get a notification when a yogi's class pass or membership expires?

It is possible for a studio to receive a notification when a membership or class pass expires for a yogi. 

Notification when the class pass expires

When a yogi purchases a membership or class pass, there is a validity date attached. The yogi will receive a reminder 7 days before a class pass or membership expires. This way, yogis are aware of the status of their purchase, and they have time to purchase a new class pass. 

Purchase insights

It is not only nice for yogis to be informed, but it can also be helpful for a studio to have insight into the purchasing behavior of your yogis. Do they purchase a new class pass immediately after it expires? Do they switch to a different class pass?

Therefore, it is possible for a studio to receive a notification when a class pass or membership of a yogi expires. Based on this information you can, for example, decide to contact the yogi to ask what they need and assign a new class pass yourself. 

Activate notifications

Follow the steps below to activate notifications for when a class pass or membership expires:

1. Go to More in the Momoyoga overview
2. Click Configure memberships and/or Configure class passes (the same action applies to both).
3. Click on the corresponding class pass or membership for which you want to set the notification
4. At the bottom of the page, select Notify studio on expiry. 
5. Click Submit

You will now receive a notification for this membership or class pass when the product expires. The notification can be set separately per class pass and/or membership.
