How can I set a booking window for my classes?

It's possible to set a booking window for your classes. The studio admin is able to determine how many day(s) before the start of a class the booking window opens. Next to that, the admin is able to determine how many hour(s) before the class starts the booking window closes.

Booking window opens: For example, if you enter 7, clients can book this class one week in advance. The booking window will open at class time 7 days before. 

Booking window closes: For example, if a class starts at 8:00, choosing 1 hour means the last opportunity to book the class is 7:00.

Edit booking window schedule

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Cancellation window
3. Edit the hours at Booking window opens
4. Edit the hours at Booking window closes
5. Click Submit

The booking window in your schedule settings applies to the entire class schedule and thus to all classes. However, you can also override the booking and cancellation period per class. This setting will override the booking window you've set for your entire schedule.

Edit booking window per class

1. Go to the class you wish to edit
2. Click on Edit class
3. Edit the hours at Booking window opens
4. Edit the hours at Booking window closes
5. Click Save

The booking window has now changed.
