If yogis choose to pay by bank transfer, it is possible for yogis to book classes directly, and transfer the money later. It is important that you set up the payment instruction, check the payment of the product and change the status of the payment manually.
How do I set up the bank transfer payment method?
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payments and Payouts
- Select the Bank transfer payment method
- Click Confirm
If you offer a bank transfer as a payment option, you must provide your bank details.
You can do this by adding a payment instruction to the email Order confirmation. This email is sent automatically after every order.
You can find and edit this email in the following way:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Email
- Choose the Order confirmation email (with and without payment link) and add your payment instruction to this email
- Click Save
If you have followed these steps, the yogi will receive all the needed information via email to successfully complete their payment by bank transfer.
How do I check a bank transfer?
The bank transfer must be checked manually on your own bank account. After you have received the payment, you can change the payment status of the membership or class pass to paid yourself.
You can do this as follows:
- Return to your homepage
- Click on Yogis and search for the yogi's profile
- Click on the yogi's profile
- Click on the pencil icon next to the Memberships and class passes
- Change the Payment status from No to Yes
- Click Save
The payment status is now paid in Momoyoga.
