You can cancel your Momoyoga account at any time. There is a cancellation notice period of one month. This is the case whether you pay monthly or annually. Please review our full terms and conditions here.
This means, if your Momoyoga invoice is processed on the 5th day of the month, you must notify us by email of your intent to cancel by the 5th day of the previous month.
For example, if you want your last invoice to be October 5th, you must notify us by email that you want to cancel by September 5th. Though you will receive your last invoice on October 5th, you will still have access to your account until November 4th.
Cancelling your account
We take each cancellation very seriously, and therefore, we would really appreciate your feedback here! This will help us understand why customers leave, so we can continue to improve the software.
To cancel your Momoyoga subscription:
- Navigate to the studio's My plan page.
- Click Cancel subscription
- From here, you will be required to answer a few short questions related to your account as well as provide some option feedback
- After you have completed the form, someone from our team will reach out to you to confirm the changes to your account
You will have access to your account for 30 days after your final invoice. This will give you time to potentially transfer any records or export them for your own reference.
