You can cancel your account with Momoyoga at any time. But remember, you never have to cancel your Momoyoga account completely, you can also switch to our Free plan.
Of course, if you ever decide that Momoyoga is not the best platform for your business, you can cancel your account.
Cancelling your account
We take each cancellation very seriously, and therefore, we would really appreciate your feedback here! This will help us understand why customers leave, so we can continue to improve the software.
To cancel your Momoyoga subscription:
- Navigate to the left menu bar and select Settings
- Click My plan
- Scroll to the end of the page and click Cancel subscription
- From here, you will be required to answer a few short questions related to your account as well as provide some optional feedback.
Exporting Information
If your Momoyoga account has been canceled, the entered information will no longer be accessible. We recommend exporting your payments, classes, and yogi profiles so that you retain all the information in your account.
Note: These exporting features are available for the Standard and Plus plan
Export Orders and Payments
- Go to Orders
- Click on Export at the top-right corner of the screen
- Choose the File Format and the Period for which you want to download the export
- Click Export again. A download will start automatically
- After downloading, you will find the file in the Downloads folder on your computer.
Export Classes by Teacher
- Go to Teachers
- Click on one of the teacher profiles
- Click on Export
- Choose the File Format and the Period for which you want to download the export
- Click Export again. A download will start automatically
After downloading, you will find the file in the Downloads folder on your computer.
Export Yogi Profiles
- Go to Yogi's
- Click on Export
- Choose the File Format
- Click Export again. A download will start automatically.
After downloading, you will find the file in the Downloads folder on your computer.
Save PDF Invoices
If you want to save the invoices for each order, you will need to download them manually per invoice.
- Go to the Orders Overview
- Click on the Print icon
After downloading, you will find the file in the Downloads folder on your computer.
