It could happen that a yogi is placed in a class from a waitlist, without the yogi being in the possession of a valid class pass. When signing the yogi up for the waitlist, Momoyoga always checks if they have a valid class pass. However, once a yogi a has been placed in a class from the waitlist, it could happen that the current class pass isn't valid anymore or doesn't have any credits left.
If that does happen, the yogi will still be signed up for the class but without a connected class pass. Momoyoga then sends a notification message to the studio, so the studio can take action. For example, by asking the yogi to purchase a new class pass.
When the yogi purchases a new class pass, you can remove the yogi from the class as an admin or teacher and add them to the class directly. This way, the yogi will be marked as paid on the class page.
In case a yogi is unexpectedly added to multiple classes and doesn't have enough credit, the yogi will still be added to all classes, possibly without having paid. The yoga studio will then receive a notification email about this immediately. Next, the yoga studio can take action.
