When a yogi signs up for the waitlist, Momoyoga always checks to make sure they have a valid product (class pass or membership).
When a yogi is added from the waitlist to a class, the newly booked yogi will receive an email confirming their spot in class. The studio will also receive an email stating that the yogi was booked from the waitlist.
While the yogi does actually have product, the yoga studio will need to connect this product manually.
To connect the yogi's product to this class
- Click on the Class that the yogi was booked from the waitlist
- Click Add participant and select the yogi who was booked to the class from the waitlist without a connected product
- Select the appropriate product for this class
- Click Book Class
- Click the X next to the name of the yogi with the unpaid reservation
We are working on streamlining this process for our yoga studios to allow the yogi's to select the product themselves before signing up for the waitlist.
