Once you've set up memberships or class passes, your yogis are asked to purchase a membership or class pass before they can book a class.
These can be paid in the following three ways*: bank transfer, pay in your yoga studio or pay directly online (with credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, as well as a great selection of local payment methods). Find out what payment options we offer.
These payment methods can be turned on and off. Also, it is possible to turn off all three payment methods. In this way, yogis skip the payment screen.
*If you chose to use our Personal plan, you are only able to offer online payments as a payment option to your yogis.
To change the payment methods for yogis:
- Login to Momoyoga
- Go to More
- Click Payment settings
- Select which payment method you wish to accept
- Click Submit
The selected payment method(s) are now available for your yogis.
A class pass that has been purchased online and can be paid afterwards in the studio or by bank transfer will be valid from the moment that it's been purchased. This means, if the card has not been paid yet, the yogi will be able to book classes.
If you offer bank transfer as a payment option, you must provide your bank details. You can do this by editing the email Payment instructions. This email is sent after every order the yogis can place.
