Did the teacher receive a welcome email?
When the teacher has not received a welcome email, the teacher does not have access to his or her account.
Have you sent the welcome email, but the teacher did not receive it?
There are a number of reasons why a teacher may not have received a welcome email. You can check the following:
- Check the spam (or junk) folder
- Check if the email address is entered correctly into Momoyoga
- Try to send the message again
Did the teacher receive the welcome email, but the teacher cannot log in?
- Let the teacher request a new password
- Send a new welcome email to the teacher
