How can I add a workshop to my schedule?

You can add a workshop just like you would add a class:

1. Go to Classes
2. Click on Add Class
3. Fill out all fields
4. Click on Save

The workshop has now been added to your schedule

Add a pricing option to the workshop:

If you would like to add a pricing option directly to the workshop, you can create a new class pass with the same name as the workshop. To create a class pass:

1. Go to Pricing
2. Click Add class pass

Fill out the following fields:
Name: For example, 'Workshop Yin Yoga on 24 July'
Number of credits: 1 class
Valid for: Add a set start and expiry date (the date of the workshop), or make sure you set the validity so the yogis can always book the workshop — which may be in two months for example.

Make sure that the workshop can only be booked with the specific class pass by following these steps:

1. Go to Classes
2. Click on the workshop you would like to edit
3. Click on Edit 
4. Click on Yogis can only book this class with selected products and select the class pass which has been created for this workshop.
5. Click on Save

The workshop can now only be booked with the indicated class pass or membership.

If you have a maximum number of participants for the workshop, it is advisable to keep an eye on how many class passes or memberships you have sold. If the maximum number of tickets has been sold, you can adjust the class pass or membership by making it no longer available to purchase online. The class pass or membership is then no longer visible to customers. For a future workshop, you can make the class pass or membership available online again with some adjustments if needed. Do not remove the product before the workshop is over, because the class pass or membership purchased by the yogis will no longer be valid. You can do this after the workshop.
