Are you pausing classes due to the holidays, corona measures, or another sort of break? At the moment, it is not possible to temporarily stop or pause a membership or class pass, however, you can manually adjust the expiration date to account for this period.
Updating the expiry date of a class pass or membership
- Click More
- Click Orders and Payments
- Select the link to the class pass/membership under the Order column
- Click Edit Order
- Adjust the Expiry Date (i.e. to a set number of weeks after the break)
- Click Submit
At this time, there is no way to bulk update the expiry date; this will have to be done for each valid class pass during the break.
