Are you pausing classes due to the holidays or another sort of break? At the moment, it is not possible to temporarily stop or pause a membership or class pass, however, you can manually adjust the expiration date to account for this period.
Updating the expiry date of a class pass or membership
- Go to Orders
- Select the class pass or membership you want to edit
- Click Edit order
- Adjust the Start and expiry Date (i.e. to a set number of weeks after the break)
- Click Save
At this time, there is no way to bulk update the expiry date; this will have to be done for each valid class pass during the break.
