You might have your own processes for private classes in terms of who is able to book it, or if it should be published on the schedule or not. For this reason, Momoyoga offers different options to add private classes.
1. Do not display this class on the schedule
This option is useful if you have a weekly class with a fixed group of yogis next to your regular schedule. Because you don't need to promote this class anymore, you probably don't want to publish it on your schedule. You can also use this option when you receive a request for a private class. Only the administrator and teacher can see the class on the schedule and add yogis to the private class. Yogis will not be able to see the class on the schedule, however, if they are added to the class by an admin, they will see it on their My schedule page.
In order to create a private class, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Classes
- Click Add class
- Enter all class information
- Select This class is hidden from the schedule
- Click Submit
2. Yogis can not book this class
If you want to choose for yourself who can attend a private class, this option is the right one for you. The class will be displayed on your schedule, but only the administrator can book a yogi to the class.
In order to add the class, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Classes
- Click Add class
- Enter all class information
- Select Yogis can not book this class
- Click Submit
3. Add a single class
If you have additional capacity for a private class but didn't receive any requests yet, you can add a single class with one credit. This way, your yogis can independently book the private class.
In order to add a single class, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Classes
- Click Add class
- Add 'Private class' to the title or something alike
- Add one available spot
- Enter the remaining class information
- Click Submit
