Using Momoyoga, you can sign up a yogi for a class as an admin or teacher. Taking the actual attendance of a yogi is optional. This way, you can oversee when a yogi was actually signed up for- but not present during- class.
The difference between booking and attendance
When a yogi books a class (or when this is done by the admin or teacher), it affects the amount of credits on his or her class pass or membership. One credit will be deducted when the yogi books a class. If the yogi cancels the class within the cancellation window, one credit will automatically be added back to the class pass or membership of the yogi.
When the yogi books a class, a credit will be deducted. Taking attendance does not affect the number of credits on the class pass or membership.
Taking attendance
You can make use of this feature for your own administration, but also for the yogis' administration. Yogis can oversee attended and upcoming classes from their personal schedule. For example, taking attendance can be convenient for when a yogi often unexpectedly doesn't turn up, to then still be able to return credit to the respective yogi afterward.
To take the attendance of registered yogis:
- Go to Classes
- Click on the respective class
- Check the list of registered yogis below the class details
- Check the Class attended box in the participating yogi's profile on the left
Printing a list of yogis attending a class
