How can I sign up a new yogi?

Yogis can book and cancel classes through the online schedule. When viewing the online schedule, yogis can sign up with the studio by either clicking on Register in the menu bar in the top right of the page or by clicking on the Book now button next to the respective class. In addition, teachers can manually add yogis. It's also possible to import yogis into Momoyoga.

Create a new yogi profile

To add a yogi manually as a teacher:

1. Go to Yogis
2. Click on Add yogi
3. Fill in the fields
4. Select Send welcome email with password if you want to send the yogi their login details via email instantly
5. Check the This yogi gave me permission to be registered box
6. Click on Show advanced options to assign a membership or class pass to the yogi  
7. Click on Save 

The yogi has now been registered and will receive, if selected, a welcome email with a password. The password is generated randomly.

Create a new yogi profile and add the yogi to a class instantly

When a new yogi strolls into class, it's best to add the new yogi from a class page and not from the customary Yogis tab. This way, you can manage all the data in one tab. 

Before the respective class starts, you can open the class page on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. On this tab, you can add yogis to the class, take attendance, but also sign up new—unregistered—yogis with your yoga studio and for the current class instantly. 

To register a new yogi from a class page: 

1. Go to Classes
2. Click on the respective class
3. Below Add participation click on the link sign up a new yogi
4. Fill in the fields
5. Select Send welcome email with password, to allow the yogi to log in directly
6. Select a membership or class pass
7. Click on Save

The yogi has now been registered and directly added to the class. 

Place a registration link

You can place a registration link on your website and for example, label it 'Register' or 'New member sign up.'
