You can manually change the account of a teacher.
To change a teachers account:
- Go to Teachers
- Click on the relevant teacher
- Click Edit profile
- Fill in the fields
- Select Send password email if you would like to immediately send the teacher login details
- Click Save
The teacher’s profile has now been changed and the teacher will receive, if selected, a welcoming email with login information.
Note: After changing the email address of a teacher, it is necessary to send the teacher new login details by selecting Send password email. This way the teacher receives an email and can login again with the new, changed e-mail address.
